Cindy Shaw

Cindy has worked in the healthcare and customer service industry for almost 20 years. She possesses diverse medical background experience working in physician practices, an independent lab, a critical access hospital, an ambulatory surgery center, and surgical hospitals.

Cindy develops efficient solutions to improve revenue cycle performance, both in the hospital and practice settings. She received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from the University of West Alabama.

Her community involvement includes serving as the secretary for both the Ouachita Parish High School Football Board and the Ouachita Baseball Booster.
